- The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, are not in resalable condition, or are missing components are not eligible for a standard refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide.

Refund Timeline and Methods
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
