At ArgiaHoztu, we are committed to getting your premium gaming gear to you as efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures for all orders containing Gaming Mice, Mechanical Keyboards, and Game Controllers.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping begin after the order processing period and typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website for the most up-to-date delivery status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to ArgiaHoztu. We cannot predict or control these fees. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. ArgiaHoztu is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to modify the order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us promptly. For any concerns regarding lost shipments (based on the carrier's tracking information), please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
