1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing products from the ArgiaHoztu online store ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and ArgiaHoztu. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or make purchases from this Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice; your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of any changes.

2. Products and Orders

ArgiaHoztu specializes in selling high-quality gaming peripherals, including Gaming Mice, Mechanical Keyboards, and Game Controllers. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change and are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to display product colors and specifications as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your monitor's display accuracy. We reserve the right to limit sales, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing and product information at our discretion. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending you an order confirmation email. We may cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArgiaHoztu, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any products purchased through it. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to ArgiaHoztu for the product(s) in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the ArgiaHoztu Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of ArgiaHoztu or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "ArgiaHoztu" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of ArgiaHoztu. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without our express prior written consent.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For defective products, please contact us at [email protected] immediately to arrange a replacement or repair under our warranty terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArgiaHoztu is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
